How to Join Solo

Calculate Your Health Plan Cost
Enter your zip code, age, and household details including any dependents—to view rates for your business-of-one.
2.
Select Your Plan Design
Choose from three deductible levels $2,500, $5,000, or $10,000. HSA options are available.
3.
Complete Health Questionnaire & Sign Docs
Complete a secure medical eligibility questionnaire, then sign your plan documents to confirm enrollment.
4.
Manage Your Plan Online
After your first payment is processed, access ID cards, benefits, claims, and documents in your secure member portal.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
If you miss the 20th, that's okay - plans can still be set up through the end of the month for coverage that starts on the 1st of the following month. Plans created later in the month may simply require additional processing time before all services are fully active.
Your first payment isn't due until your plan's effective date, so there's no downside to setting up your plan early.
